Increase the vault auto-lock timeout in mobile app

When registering for a new service on a phone, I frequently switch between the browser/app and the password manager to fill in fields, generate a password, and verify that it meets the site’s requirements. The vault always locks immediately after switching apps, which disrupts the process. If it locks before the new entry is saved, I may complete registration but lose access to the password for the newly created account.
