Built-in TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) Support

It would be extremely beneficial if PearPass supported TOTP directly within login entries. Specifically:

• When adding or editing a login, provide an option to:

  • Scan a TOTP QR code, or

  • Manually enter the TOTP secret/seed.

• Allow PearPass to generate and autofill one-time passwords (2FA codes) directly in the app and browser extension.

This is a standard capability in many modern password managers (e.g., Bitwarden, KeePassXC with plugins) and greatly improves the convenience and security of using 2FA, as it removes the need to rely on separate authenticator applications.
